As a boy with a simple box camera and unable to afford much film or any darkroom equipment at all, my early life in photography was pretty restricted. Although I subsequently took thousands of pictures on film, digital photography came along and generated new interest in processing in the digital darkroom, a more comfortable place than the analog version!
